Over the years, it becomes more and more evident that we have the ability to create our own happiness. Yes, circumstances influence our happiness and sometimes happy isn’t even on our radar but I’ve noticed regardless of my situation I am happiest when I am on top of my game mentally, physically, creatively etc. Every day we have the power to re-do our life and to start a new page. Every day we can choose to improve ourselves, and therefore our happiness, or diminish any chance that we had. I am always researching studies, watching TED talks and reading articles on happiness (my guilty pleasure) and I’ve found that there are daily habits that all happy people have. I’ve experimented with them all and found 26 healthy habits you should adopt to live a more meaningful life.
There is no way that every single day you will accomplish every single one of these however, as the days go on whether you focus on one or try to attain as many as you can you will begin to notice a shift in not only your happiness but also your energy level and productivity.

Good tips! I’m horrible at writing this down. I wish I had started creating a to do list when I was in my early twenties…good habit to develop. Good job with the tips and post. ?
You can totally pin this & save it for later if you aren’t someone to write things down! But yes, these are so important and something I work on every single day.
Awesome Liv! I think everyone at any age benefits from these tips! I’ll add to try not to stress about the small stuff, and to surround yourself with people u love…
