Classpass: This is an online platform where you can try the local fitness centers near you at a discounted price. The best time to order your class is the day before because the open spots are discounted even more than usual, however you can book up to a week in advance to ensure you get the spot you want. I love using this app because it allows me to mix up my workouts depending on my cycle. When I am menstruating and need a more zen workout I can book a yoga class but when I am feeling my best I can book a HIIT, strength or spin class.
